    You might have a difficult time using it at an offshore site as it is. Major banks and those sites seldom get along.

    I would sugest a prepaid debit card. Wal-Mart's prepaid Visa works most of the time. So does the "all access" visa.

    If you're from the U.S. then the card won't allow you to deposit there due to filters in order to comply with U.S. legislation. Hpwever if you could use the card it would depend on the terms and conditions of it but generally this would be treated as an online purchase.

    There are other deposit methods you can take advantage of though so if this doesn't work then visit their site for more details. Among the easiest ones would be the All Access Visa if it's available in your area.
